Daniel Strange 1970-2022

Daniel Strange is an Upstate native and cannot imagine a better place to live and raise a family.  He has always said that Upstate SC is the best location in the entire USA.  One of his go to pitches about how great Upstate SC is that in within 30 minutes to an hour you can be in 3 of South Carolinas largest cities (Greenville, Spartanburg, Columbia).

You can be in the mountains snow skiing in 2 hours.  You can be on the beach in less than 3 hours.  Atlanta is less than 3 hours away and Charlotte is 2 hours away.  If you leave home in the morning, you can be doing anything your heart desires by lunch.  He claims there is no other place like in in our great country.  Daniel’s state ties run deep, he graduated from both Clemson University and The University of SC.  Real Estate has been his family’s business for over 30 years, and he has been practicing over 15 years.  He has extensive knowledge in construction, restoration, agricultural, recreational, residential developments, commercial, finance, foreclosures, and many other areas that make him an incredibly unique and well-rounded Realtor and knowledgeable Broker-in-charge.  You would be hard pressed to find another Realtor with his vast background and experience.

Daniel loves building new relationships with his clients.  Most clients become friends and eventually family.   He takes great pleasure in being able to help people make some of their most important decisions of their lives.  He enjoys spending his free time with his teammate and partner Sarah and their children.  You can often find him volunteering at local events, hosting local drives for those in need, at the lake, or entertaining clients and friends in their backyard getaway!   When Sarah gets her way you will find him on the beach!   He also enjoys building things, fixing things, designing things, and making ideas come to reality.  He takes DIY to a whole new level.  He is highly creative!  His philosophy has been to play hard you have to work harder and he lives that every day.
